1. PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT METHOD FOR ARTICLES AND OTHER SERVICES

1.1 Within forty-eight (48) hours, Quinteiro&Quinteiro, Lda. will send an email to the Client confirming the purchase. In that email, a reference to your purchase will be attributed and a detailed description of the characteristics of your Article or Service will be made. You will also be informed of the price, delivery time and respective expenses with the shipping service and of the data and costs, if any, regarding the different payment methods for the Articles or Services to Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda.

1.2 Customers, who purchase Articles or Services through the Online Store, must make the payment using the means announced in detail in the Online Store.

1.3 Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. Will gather all the documentation related to the purchase and formalize a contract, which will be sent to the customer after the purchase is made. The Contract will be written in Portuguese.

1.4 The purchase confirmation sent by Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. Is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. Will send the invoice together with the Article (s) or the provision of the service (s).

2 RETURNS

2.1 The Customer has the right to return any Article, unless it is personalized.

The return must be made within a maximum period of five (5) working days, counting from the date of receipt of the Article (s).

The (s) Returned article (s) must be properly packed in perfect condition. You must attach the return form duly completed and a copy of the receipt document and the respective purchase invoice, to the following address:

The Client must send the Article (s) properly packaged and will bear the cost of shipping. The Customer must keep proof of shipment. Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. Declines full responsibility for the loss or damage that may occur during the transport of the Article (s) returned on behalf of the Client.

2.2 The return implies the refund of the amount paid by the Client, after deducting the amount with the shipping expenses from Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. To make the refund of the amount due to the Client, he must indicate on his return form his Interbank NIB, so that Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. proceed without any additional cost to refund the amount due. If the Customer understands that the amount due must be repaid by another means, if possible, Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda, will do so. However, it will deduct from the refund due, the amount of the cost resulting from such means of refund. The maximum period of monetary restitution will be ten (10) working days after receiving the return of the order.

2.3 Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda, does not accept returns that are not made in the original packaging; when the Article (s) is not in its original state of conservation or when it is a personalized Article.

2.4 The right of return cannot be exercised when the Article (s) ) at the Customer's request has been customized. In these cases Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda, only accepts the return if there is an error on our part or if there is a production defect. However, in these cases the return must have the consent of Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda.

4 HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

4.1 The geographical scope of sales through the Online Store is reserved for the geographical space of the Union European Union, so the delivery service will only be carried out in that space. The Articles (s) purchased through the Online Store are sent to the address indicated by the Client / User, as soon as their payment is proven. Since the delivery time will always be agreed between Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. And the Customer / User and will appear in the email sent to the Customer / User in the confirmation of purchase.

4.2 The delivery service by part da Quinteiro & Quinteiro, Lda. is carried out by logistical employees of recognized competence. Orders that are not destined for non-permanent addresses such as: post office boxes, tourist developments or others are not accepted.

4.3 The cost of sending orders is not included in the prices of the Articles. When purchasing the Article (s), the Customer / User will be informed of the exact cost of the order.
